Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.Attend all trainings and opportunities such as CPR/First Aid, Title 31, MICS,.Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.Attends mandatory staff and departmental meetings.Complies with all MICS, rule, regulations, policies and procedures of the department.Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services.Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing or setting tables, being a team player, etc.Serves food and beverage according to customer specifications, checks on customers for condiments, beverages or additional food items and follows up with satisfaction of customers.Explains menu items and specials, makes recommendations, and takes food orders and enters into the POS System.Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices.Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers.Process transactions pertaining to food and beverage charges.
